When will I receive my order?
As all products are handmade to order please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders to be delivered. If you require your products quickly, please get in touch - I'm happy to send things so that they get to you sooner!
Which courier service do you use?
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class post.
Will the item be exactly like the one in photograph?
As all our pieces are handmade from reclaimed and recycled materials so please don't be suprised if there are some minor differences with colour and shape. It is these variations that makes your piece of jewellery truely unique to you!
I would like to return an item, what do I do?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. If however you wish to return any items bought direct from us for refund or exchange please first get in touch via the contact form. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage as we are not responsible for returned items which fail to reach us.
Do you have any aftercare instructions?
Although you have purchased a tough item of jewellery, we recommend that it is always removed before bathing / washing up etc. We always recommend that it is stored in its original packaging when not in use. Wipe with soft damp cloth to clean. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and abrasive cleaning products.
